We ship a wide variety of sweets that maintain their freshness and quality during transit. This includes items such as cookies, dry pastries, baked cakes, and gift boxes. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship highly perishable products or those requiring refrigeration, such as ice cream cakes or mousses, in order to ensure the best quality and food safety.

To ensure the freshness of our products, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance of your desired delivery date. For custom cakes or special occasions, we suggest reaching out a week ahead.

Of course! We’re happy to personalize your cake with a message of your choice. Simply specify your desired text in the “Notes” section at checkout. Our pastry team will decorate your cake exactly as requested.

Our standard delivery times are: 

• 48/72 business hours for mainland Italy
• 72/96 business hours for islands (Sicily and Sardinia)

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your package in real time.

Yes, you can update your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. To request changes, please email us at shop@marlapasticceria.it as soon as possible, including your order number and the changes you’d like to make. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
