There is a new member in the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani (Ampi). Marco Battaglia, pastry chef and owner of Marlà in Milan, passed the exam during the 31st Technical Symposium of  Ampi, which took place from April 17th to 19th at ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine in Colorno (Parma).
